SWP Contracting & Paving is urgently hiring **Temporary** full-time Laborers/Flaggers to work the **Night Shift** at our Tonto Basin construction project.

**What you will be doing**
+ Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
+ Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
+ Performing general construction labor.
+ Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
+ Understand and follow company operational processes and safety and health policies and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
**Requirements**
+ Ability to travel or stay and work in a remote location, Tonto Basin Arizona.
+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
+ Must be able to work nights.
