Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in our Christian home. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for early childhood development. This position requires lots of energy and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to infants, toddlers, preschoolers
- Implement early childhood strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist in educational activities and programs
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences
- Plan and execute physical education activities
- Contribute to curriculum development efforts
- Clean and sanitize materials and areas used
- Update various logs as well as daily activities on app
- Take pictures for parent updates
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all children in your care

Skills
- Experience in childcare or related field
- Implement provided lesson plans for young children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to multi-task and adapt caregiving techniques to individual needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Tuberculosis Screening
- First Aid / CPR for Infants and Children
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of childcare experience
- Must be able to work around dogs in home environment
- Must be punctual and dependable

Job Type: Part-time or Full time options

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
