As a Project Manager 1, you'll play a key role in driving and supporting cutting-edge technology and product development initiatives. Using an Agile Kanban approach, you'll manage 2-4 teams dedicated to resolving defects and delivering smaller product enhancements.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Organize and coordinate Kanban cycles, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

+ Track the JIRA tasks and their completion, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.

+ Report on team/project achievements and identify ways to resolve project blockers and scheduling issues; articulating the value the team provided during each Kanban cycle.

+ Management of the Kanban backlog, ensuring the team has what it needs to successfully complete story or defect.

+ Facilitate all the necessary Kanban and Agile related meetings

+ Acts as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

+ Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent work experience

+ 1+ years of project management experience

+ 1+ years of Scrum experience

+ Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) preferred

+ CSM or similar certification preferred

+ Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

+ Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle is a plus

Your Work Location

As our Project Manager 1, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art technology hub in Scottsdale, Arizona. In October 2021, our SkyTouch associates moved to a newly constructed world-class technology center.

Right now, our associates in Scottsdale, AZ are working in a hybrid environment, between two-four days per week in the office and working virtually the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.

We are focused on safety and wellness in our offices, and as such, as a SkyTouch associate, you will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status and provide a copy of your vaccination card. If you are not vaccinated or elect not to disclose your status, we will require a weekly negative COVID-19 test when working in the office.
