Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Director of Strategy, Pharmacy Marketing who has experience in the healthcare or pharmacy marketing sector to join the Pharmacy Marketing Team working remote anywhere in the US. As the Director reporting to the AVP of Pharmacy Marketing, you will lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 marketing professionals and serve as a trusted advisor and chief strategist, translating the overall marketing strategy to individual campaign strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the organization’s use of customer insights, guiding marketing innovation, supporting brand development initiatives, and elevating the overall marketing approach.

**Key Role Functions**

+ Design innovative campaign strategies that amplify CenterWell Pharmacy brand presence, drive growth, and align with the organization’s business goals

+ Proactively identify opportunities and champion novel approaches with a willingness to test and iterate new ideas to solve complex problems

+ Define objectives and develop actions needed to reach and convert prospective customers and better engage with existing ones

+ Outline the application of resources and capabilities needed to achieve objectives

+ Partner closely with the Technology, Measurement and Optimization function to continuously assess and optimize the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure they are responsive to emerging trends and deliver measurable ROI

+ Leverage market and customer research, competitive analytics, and data driven insights and anticipated trends to develop marketing strategies that drive growth for the Pharmacy business

+ Guide the organization’s approach to channel, content, and messaging strategies

+ Mentor and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, setting clear goals and performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth

A successful candidate will have the ability to develop overall marketing strategies and translate into individual campaign strategies with expertise in leveraging customer data and insights to support and enhance campaign strategies. Prior experience creating and testing insights-based customer concepts and innovation and partnering with analytics teams to assess and optimize marketing campaigns with the ability to ensure campaigns are responsive to market trends and deliver measurable ROI is also critical to success. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning with experience in setting clear goals, performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and guidance.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field

+ 10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or communications with some within healthcare or pharmacy marketing sector

+ 5+ years of people management experience

+ Experience developing and leading marketing strategies at scale

+ Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience

+ Superior communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills. The ability to structure a concise, fact based, clear presentation of findings, and effectively present this to any level in the organization

+ Strong project management skills and business relationship skills, including a proven ability to think end-to-end, establish priorities, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field

+ Prior marketing experience with Fortune 500 Company

+ Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

+ A great sense of humor

**Additional Information**

**This role is a 100% remote role anywhere in the US and will primarily operate on Eastern Standard Time business hours.**

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$168,000 - $231,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
