JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with Safety, Test Engineering, and Shop Operations to develop procedures to ensure safe and efficient machine testing and maintenance at machine Testing Laboratory.

* Conduct Risk Assessments

* Develop Safe Job Procedures and facilitate the process from origination through review to publication

* Maintain process document links and data in dashboards

* Document Client Requirements

* Research New technologies

* Document and Deploy solutions that help our clients develop world class products

* Review Process Breakdown to understand Root Cause

* Develop Corrective Actions the resolve longstanding issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

* HS Diploma or equivalent

* Engineering or Technical background

* 2+ year minimum experience

* Process Documentation

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Attention to details

* Lean/Six Sigma

* Project Management

* A passion to seek to understand the needs of the clints and customers.

* Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* BA Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Technical Equivalent (nice to have)

* Machine Testing

* Machine Design

* Electrical Safety
