**Role Summary:**

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and updating system-level tests to support the certification of the B747 VIP program. Your expertise in IO development and testing, particularly in running Thrust Management SLTPs for Non-SPL, will be crucial in ensuring the success of this program.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

+ **Perform requirement analysis, test strategy and design** , and test development, execution, and debugging.

+ **Conduct reviews** of requirements and tests to ensure compliance and accuracy.

+ **Lead and direct the work of others** , utilizing your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

+ **Ensure compliance** with ITAR restrictions and other relevant regulations.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.

+ At least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.

+ Experience with IO development and testing, particularly in running Thrust Management SLTPs for Non-SPL.

+ Strong background in requirement analysis, test strategy and design, test development, execution, and debugging.

**Preferred:**

+ Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

+ Ability to lead and direct the work of others.

+ A wide degree of creativity and latitude.

**Pay Details:** $80.00 to $87.00 per hour
