**Pay Rate** : $44.30 to $55.10 per hour

**About the Role:**

We’re seeking an **Electrical Engineer** with a focus on **Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design** to join our **Avionics Design Group** . You’ll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge avionics technologies for launch vehicles, working alongside a team of passionate engineers to make the impossible possible.

In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and test innovative electrical systems that directly contribute to advancing aerospace technology. Your work will support the next generation of avionics, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

+ **Design and Development** : Support the design, development, and testing of avionics systems for launch vehicles and automated test equipment.

+ **Circuit Simulation** : Model, simulate, and evaluate circuits, documenting analyses to support design work.

+ **Documentation** : Generate design documents, specifications, user manuals, and test procedures for avionics products.

+ **Troubleshooting** : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to support development and production.

+ **Collaboration** : Work with a multidisciplinary team of design, test, and systems engineers to perform system architecture characterization studies.

+ **Test Procedures** : Design and implement testing methods and procedures for equipment, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

+ **Data Analysis** : Compile and analyze data, defining necessary changes to testing methodology, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications** :

+ **Bachelor's degree** in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with **7 years** of circuit design experience, or a **Master's degree** with **5 years** of experience.

+ Experience with schematic capture, PWB layout software, and DFM tools.

+ Strong circuit modeling and simulation experience (e.g., Spice/PSpice).

+ Proficiency with standard test equipment (network analyzers, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, etc.).

+ Knowledge of programming languages (MATLAB, Python, C, or C++).

+ Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to write clear, detailed design documents (component specifications, test procedures, etc.).

+ **Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance**

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Experience with **Cadence Capture CIS** and **Allegro** design suite.

+ Familiarity with **CAM350** .

+ Background in motor control circuit design.

+ Active **Secret Security Clearance** .

+ Experience with **Worst-Case and Sneak Circuit** analysis.

+ Familiarity with **VHDL** and related tools.

**Pay Details:** $44.30 to $55.10 per hour
