**Role Summary:**

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of assigned information technology projects. You will proactively assume a leadership role to create a shared vision, promote clarity of purpose, influence and motivate stakeholders, and create a sense of urgency to deliver business value. Your role will involve planning, managing, and monitoring all aspects of projects to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery on time and within budget.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

+ **Develop and manage detailed project plans** to ensure completion on time and within budget, meeting business requirements.

+ **Review project proposals** to clarify objectives, scope, benefits, and deliverables, determining timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.

+ **Lead creative approaches to problem-solving** and quality deliverables supporting business needs, driving resolution.

+ **Act as the primary interface to the client** for all aspects of the assigned project, communicating using standard reporting formats, milestones, and metrics, and producing accurate and timely status reports.

+ **Communicate at the appropriate level** to each stakeholder, ensuring consistent, timely communication of project status.

+ **Manage and track budgets** to project completion, ensuring total budget responsibility.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

+ Proven experience in IT project management.

+ Strong leadership skills and ability to create a shared vision and motivate stakeholders.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred:**

+ Experience with budget management and tracking.

+ Familiarity with standard reporting formats, milestones, and metrics.

+ Ability to drive compliance with contractual requirements.

+ Experience in creative problem-solving and delivering quality results.

**Pay Details:** $114.38 per hour
