**Summary**

As a **Speech/Language Pathologist** , you will assess and treat speech and language disorders, assisting individuals in achieving their highest level of functioning. **Key Responsibilities**

+ Conduct assessments for speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and swallowing function.

+ Provide direct speech therapy using evidence-based techniques.

+ Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

**Qualifications**

+ Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.

+ State licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.

+ At least one year of experience as a Speech Therapist (preferred).

+ Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

+ Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.

+ Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to quality care.
