The anticipated salary range for this role is between $97,000.00 and $156,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. **SUMMARY:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our mobile team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product mangers, and designers to define test strategies, execute test plans, and automate testing processes. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking defects, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with mobile testing frameworks, automation tools, and a passion for delivering bug-free, high-performance applications. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Build automated test cases, regression testing and acceptance criteria

+ Ensure application quality through manual testing

+ Consult on sprint development, duration, and requirements

+ Contribute to the creation of mock data and end points

+ Monitor and track resolution of defects and conduct root cause analysis

+ Partner with development team and product team to create a highly performant application

+ Highly motivated and able to work in a fast pasted environment

+ Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges

+ Manage your own time: Solution, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team in a greenfield environment

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience

+ 5+ years of experience with automated testing on Android and iOS, preferably Espresso, XCTest, Cucumber, and Appium

+ 5+ years of experience writing and executing manual tests on Android and iOS

+ Basic understanding of Objective C/Swift and Java/Kotlin languages

+ Familiar of Agile methodology and leveraging SDLC tools to improve development and testing efficiency.

+ Familiar with performance monitoring and reporting

+ Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, product, and experience owners

+ Able to think outside the box and work with unspecified problems or tasks

+ A practiced eye for pixel misalignments, margin errors, and other visual details

+ Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.
