**1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm**
**What you will do:**
+ Daily completion of Facility checklist, response to work orders, and complete forms for corrective maintenance.
+ Available to be on-call and work off hours and weekends.
+ Utilize applications and software for equipment maintenance, AC control, work order monitoring, purchasing parts, entering safety information, tracking chemical usage, training, document retrieval, and spare parts management.
+ Maintaining wet processing equipment and ultrasonic generators, chemical delivery systems, vacuum dryers, pneumatic assembly and disassembly fixtures, and warehouse equipment such as bay doors, pallet wrappers, boxing machines and label makers.
+ Support new equipment installations by unloading trucks, moving equipment, piping work.
+ Maintains Preventative Maintenance System through accurate logs and written records
+ Preventative maintenance of factory support equipment including HVAC system and controls, hot and cold water distribution systems, air compressor, electrical rooms, loading docks, forklifts, and high pressure washers.
+ Works independently or in teams and communicates effectively within all levels of the organization. Provide assistance on cross functional teams that can include safety, lean manufacturing, lab technicians, quality, engineering and operations.
**What you need:**

+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 2+ years of related work experience
_Preferred_
+ Understanding of the general principles of electrical/mechanical applications preferred
+ Ability to work in multiple programs such as outlook, Excel,
+ Preventative Maintenance, energy management, and Work Order management systems experience
