What You’ll Do
Conduct thorough oral screenings and assessments using patient charts.
Perform professional teeth cleanings to prevent decay and disease.
Take and process X-rays when needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices to promote long-term care.
Identify gum and tooth issues and collaborate with the dentist on treatment.
Maintain accurate and organized patient charts.
Key Responsibilities
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
Communicate with patients about their dental health and address concerns.
Apply fluoride treatments and remove deposits to ensure optimal oral health.
Assist the dentist with minor procedures as needed.
Stay updated on patient histories to deliver personalized care.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Valid dental hygienist license from an accredited institution.
Diploma in Dental Hygiene.
Proven experience in the dental field.

Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of dental health and safety protocols, including HIPAA compliance.
Proficiency in handling and maintaining dental instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a patient-first mindset.
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
