BehaviorAlly (behaviorally.org) is a local, clinician-owned applied behavior analysis practice providing early intervention services in clinic, schools and community in Fountain Hills and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to work with families and clients in their daily lives, and and provide 1:1 direct therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst on teaching individualized skills that focus on improving the client's quality of life.

We are an Arizona State University Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis Practicum site. We provide weekly group supervision meetings, supervision hours and paid indirect hours to any master level ABA students seeking national certification. No employment obligations or strings attached!

Responsibilities:

Implement 1:1 direct therapy with child; teaching skills that allow the child to communicate and/or function more effectively
Engagement in play-based learning in the natural environment
Identify and contrive opportunities for learning in natural environment
Facilitate consistent implementation of the treatment plan, and monitor outcomes by taking data
Utilize electronic data collection and document session notes in a timely manner
Effective communication skills with team and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:

At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Pass background check
Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
6 months experience in working with children
Physical requirements: may include but are not limited to ability to lift up to 40 pounds, playing with children on the floor, getting up from the floor quickly, etc.
Level 1 fingerprint clearance card as issued by AZDPS (we can assist)
Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 45 days of employment (paid training for completion of course is provided)
