We're seeking a skilled Bead Blasting Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a critical member of our production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest quality finishes on precision parts. Temp to Permanent opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate bead blasting equipment to precision finish parts
Process parts according to specifications and work orders
Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 6S standards
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies
Handle and store abrasive media and equipment safely
Log data and track production metrics

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with bead blasting or similar surface finishing processes
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in parts cleaning, coating, or surface finishing
Knowledge of SPC and quality control principles
Lean or Kaizen training
High-tech or semiconductor industry experience

Work Environment:
Works in a controlled environment with specific safety protocols
May be required to wear personal protective equipment

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work with hazardous materials and abrasive media
