Duration: This is a temporary role from July 2025 until May 2026

Job Summary:

The Game Entertainment and Production Associate is responsible for assisting in day-to-day planning and execution of in-game entertainment and production elements to support the Arizona Cardinals. This role requires balancing creative thinking with good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties:

The Associate, Game Entertainment and Production role will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:

Assisting in day-to-day functions of game day entertainment, flag, mascot, and drumline, programs.
Working closely with Game Entertainment Coordinator and Producer on planning and execution of all game day elements including national anthem, color guard, flag presentation, halftime performances, and fan experiences
Working closely with Game Entertainment Coordinator and Partnerships on planning and execution of game day "Flight Deck" fan experience activations at State Farm Stadium
Assisting with special events such as Training Camp, Draft Party, and other club events
Correspondence and coordination of entertainment groups involved with the game day experience
Assisting with the Big Red mascot program year-round appearance schedule, events, and other programming
Maintaining and organizing promotional items, equipment and storage areas
Researching new opportunities and input in the design production of the in-game show
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
Experience: At least 1-2 years of game presentation or other large scale sporting event experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand and/or exert well-paced mobility for extended periods of time
Ability to sit and work at desk on a computer
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours will vary depending on business needs
Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
