About Us:
Simplicity Tech is a Phoenix-based IT firm providing managed IT services and cloud infrastructure to small businesses, with a focus on dental and medical practices. We manage everything from networking and VoIP to full office setups and secure cloud solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to support our clients directly at their locations.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide Level 1 tech support at client sites or remote via remote tools
• Assist with site network and computer installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform basic system setups, updates, and maintenance
• Handle user support requests including password resets, email access, printing, and application help
• Assist with VoIP phone installations and minor network cabling
• Document work and escalate advanced issues to senior technicians
• Maintain a professional presence while representing Simplicity Tech at customer sites

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation for travel to customer locations if needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Occasional move of equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a driving record according to Arizona law

Nice to Have:
• Experience with practice management or dental/medical imaging software
• Exposure to Office 365 or Google Workspace
• Use of ticketing systems and remote support tools
• A+ or other relevant entry-level certifications
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory

• Flexible part-time or full-time hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
