Antenna Technology Communications, Inc. (ATCI) is seeking a full time Teleport Operator whose job will be to support all downlink, uplink, and OTT services that originate from the ATCi teleport.

Job Duties Include:

Responsible for QA, monitoring, reporting & incident management across all linear, streaming the (OTT) digital platforms.
Perform the monitoring and switching of all inbound and outbound transmission systems.
Troubleshoot and assist in fixing signal quality, routing issues and incidences according to standard operating procedures.
Help set up equipment to receive and distribute feeds to and from ATCi teleports.
Support communication with and management teams, affiliates and other the third ATCi party or downstream partners.
Schedule demands flexibility including occasional work on weekends and overnight.
Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

Must be a United States Citizen.
Excellent written, verbal and technical communication skills.
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer relations, customer service, and presentation skills.
Position requires demonstrated professionalism, poise and tact.
Schedule demands flexibility including working overnights and weekends; On-call schedule.

Skills and Abilities:

Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc) and Google suites.
Must have an understanding of computer and IT Systems.
Must have ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Must have the ability to sit in a stationary position for long periods of time.

Education and Experience:

Four (4) years of experience as a technician in broadcast or network broadcasting operations or equivalent experience.
Experience in satellite communications is preferred.
Customer service experience is crucial.
BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
