Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. In this Contract to Permanent role, you will oversee front office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk operations and provide guidance to administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records.

• Manage and maintain office systems, including CRM, accounting software, and related tools.

• Coordinate scheduling, office supply procurement, and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.

• Assist with payroll functions using ADP and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new staff members to ensure seamless transitions.

• Collaborate with other departments to address office needs and foster a supportive team environment.

• Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures, promoting an organized and detail-focused workspace. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar leadership role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, CRM tools, and administrative platforms such as ADP and Concur.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and support a diverse team.

• Experience with payroll systems and administrative processes.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance.
