**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a **Bilingual Trainer** to join our Distribution Center team. This position plays a critical role in facilitating training programs for the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, confident speaking in front of groups, and skilled in delivering hands-on training in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitate classroom and floor training for both new and existing associates.
+ Conduct onboarding sessions, safety training, PIT training, and refresher courses.
+ Deliver hands-on training based on engineered standards and operational procedures.
+ Evaluate trainee performance using assessments and direct observation.
+ Provide feedback to DC leadership and the Training Manager on trainee progress.
+ Assist in developing and updating training materials (PowerPoint, Excel, translations).
+ Prepare training labs and organize all materials prior to class sessions.
+ Partner with Engineers and Operations to support the rollout of new processes.
+ Act as subject matter expert in at least one warehouse functional area.
+ Support other training activities and special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).**
+ 1+ year of experience in a Distribution Center.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Comfortable speaking to groups and facilitating training sessions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Professional, respectful, and patient coaching style.
+ Must pass written assessments in communication, Word, Excel, and Math.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Familiarity with DC merchandise flow and RDM systems.
+ Prior experience as a trainer or buddy trainer.
+ Consistent execution of engineered standards and procedures.
+ One year of continuous service as a Merchandise Processor.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods.
+ Requires frequent bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, and manual handling.
+ Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
+ Ability to work in both classroom and warehouse environments.
**Pay Details:** $20.48 per hour
