PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Buyer to join our team in a 100% onsite role. This is a high-impact opportunity to support sourcing operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of critical materials and services.

**Job Summary**

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and delivery standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors

+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings

+ Manage purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

+ Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and sourcing strategies

+ Collaborate with internal teams to define purchasing needs and specifications

+ Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

+ Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies

**Qualifications & Experience**

Required:

+ Previous experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role

+ Strong negotiation and communication skills

+ Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices

+ Familiarity with vendor evaluation and sourcing strategies

+ Experience working with suppliers in manufacturing, aerospace, or related sectors

+ Ability to analyze costs and manage budgets effectively

Preferred:

+ Experience working with suppliers

+ Proficiency in procurement software and systems

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
