Description

We are looking for a talented 4+ year Mid-Level Corporate Law / M& A Associate Attorney to join our mid-sized law firm client's team in South Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate transactions involving national and international clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong transactional background, exceptional attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset to deliver top-tier legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.

• Conduct detailed legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

• Advise clients on securities laws and regulations, particularly in relation to public companies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

• Research and analyze legal issues to support client needs and strategic goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and manage transaction files efficiently.

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school.

• Active member of the State Bar of Arizona, in good standing.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

• Previous experience in a large law firm is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of securities laws and public company transactions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proven track record of academic excellence and notable achievements.
