About this role:

**Wells Fargo Auto Risk Management** is seeking a talented risk professional with an analytical mindset to support Auto Originations Analytics. You will use data and analytics, along with business acumen, to derive insights, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies that will drive the business. Through data driven storytelling and translating analytical findings into actionable strategies, you will collaborate across teams to make a positive impact on the business and organization.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead complex initiatives and identify opportunity for risk mitigation strategies within Credit Risk

+ Use your business acumen and analytical experience to monitor trends, perform root cause analyses, and proactively prescribe strategies to capture opportunities to drive business results

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Contribute to credit performance, potential or emerging risks

+ Review and analyze complex processes and projects, business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

+ Communicate analytical findings and recommendations across multiple levels of the organization

+ Receive direction from leaders and interact with internal customers

+ Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Demonstrated advanced data and analytical capabilities

+ Credit policy and risk experience paired with strong analytic acumen

+ Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative approaches leading to streamlined and efficient outcomes

+ Experience with auto lending

+ Knowledge of SAS and SQL

**Pay Range**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
