We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to work on a team of

associates, headed by a Maintenance Supervisor, to troubleshoot, repair,

maintain, and recondition machinery, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment.

The Maintenance team also conducts maintenance and repair activities for the

facility, including but not limited to building, grounds, lighting, plumbing, HVAC,

etc. Our Casa Grande location specializes in the production of high-quality

plumbing products and fixtures, ensuring top-notch standards and innovation

in every piece.

**Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities**

• Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.

• Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics.

• Perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within

assigned work area.

• Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures

on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.

• Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including, but

not limited to, voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools,

power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser

measurement equipment.

• Assist in resolving maintenance-related process problems which may

require the proficient operation of that equipment.

• Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent

training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including, but

not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise,

heights, and confined spaces.

**Job Duties**

• Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.

• Perform mechanical repairs to all machines and equipment, e.g.,

alignment of machine spindles, slides, and ways.

• Replace bearings, shafts, gears, etc.

• Conduct repairs on a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic valves and

controls, pressure regulators, pumps, tools, etc.

• Assist in solving machine problems in production equipment, which may

include the proficient operation of machines, incidental to troubleshooting

those machines.

• Adjust, align, patch, or replace drives, conveyors, etc.

• Inspect and repair all hoists, cables, hooks, shafts, packing and valves on

air hoist, and sheaves on electric hoist.

• Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures

on machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.

• Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including but

not limited to, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration

analyzers and laser measurement equipment.

**Basic Qualifications**

• High school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience (3 years)

with the installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of mechanical

systems.

• A strong work ethic that includes the ability to work 8,10, or 12-hour shifts

while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.

• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or

without reasonable accommodation.

• A willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope,

especially as plant operations transition from the construction/set-up

phase to the final “go-live” phase.

• The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of

production and operability.

• Employment will be subject to a demonstrated maintenance competency

via a standardized knowledge check.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• An associate degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or similar field

of study.

• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• A natural ability for problem-solving and continuous improvement in the

areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
