**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer to join the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking and International Technology (CCIBT) Control Management team.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead/facilitate complex initiatives designed to mitigate current and emerging risks with broad impact
+ Act as key participant in monitoring, evaluating, and measuring the impact of decisions practiced in Control Management functional area
+ Monitor and Evaluate Technology deliverables for Key Enterprise Initiatives specific to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB) and International business programs, and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies
+ Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
+ Support determination of appropriate risk treatment with respect to control gaps found through monitoring and evaluations (e.g., self-identified issues, policy exceptions)
+ Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and International Technology Risk Management or Control Management experience
+ Front-line risk and controls experience, including overseeing/driving development of controls and management information (i.e., dashboards and workflow), risk prioritization and enterprise program implementation
+ Demonstrated experience executing risk evaluations and evolving technology including software development, change and release management, AI, Cloud computing.
**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
