**Job Summary**

As a Support Analyst, youi will support and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Authenticator

**Job Description**

We are looking for a **Desktop Support Analyst.** This position will be **full-time** and **remote.**

**This is a 3–6-month position with possible extension.**

**Candidate must have Experience with Microsoft Authenticator.**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Engage with customers to support and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Authenticator through completion, providing a high-level of customer experience with each interaction

+ Resolve Microsoft Authenticator issues over the phone, helping with whatever is needed

+ Use Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft products

+ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for PC and Mac users.

+ Problem-solving and troubleshoot for Authenticator users

+ Document and track issues as they arise

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ Strong understanding of two-factor authentication, multi-factor authentication, and password less authentication

+ A strong customer focus and skills in delivering support required.

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Education: 2 year or IT related degree

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
