About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Deskside Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting an expanding office space in Phoenix. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for helping end users. You'll begin by shadowing experienced team members and transition into a steady-state support role.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide break/fix support for Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals

+ Perform IMAC tasks (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes)

+ Image systems to support break/fix and new deployments

+ Handle asset tagging, recovery, and disposal per company procedures

+ Install approved software outside the base image as requested by users

+ Support printers and mobile devices (Android/iOS)

+ Operate a walk-up tech bar (Client Center) for onsite support

+ Maintain accurate ITSM (ticketing system) updates

+ Package and prepare mobile devices for return or disposal

+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a corporate environment

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.

+ Basic networking knowledge (VPN, wireless, network adapters)

+ Experience with help desk ticketing systems

+ Mobile device setup and support (email, cloud, settings)

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $26.00/hr.
