Description

Robert Half is partnering with a private equity firm in Scottsdale to find a dedicated Paralegal to join their in-house legal team. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support corporate legal operations and assist with litigation-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Litigation Support: Assist with litigation matters, including coordination with outside counsel, case management, intake requests, and document retrieval and preparation.

+ Legal Research: Conduct legal research pertinent to litigation and other internal legal needs.

+ Contract Administration: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, as well as tracking deadlines and maintaining organized contract files.

+ Corporate Governance: Support compliance initiatives, including maintaining corporate records and ensuring adherence to governance policies.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with various internal departments to fulfill legal requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3+ experience working as a litigation paralegal.

+ Paralegal certification a plus.

+ Strong understanding of AZ civil codes and procedures

+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Details:

+ Fully on-site Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm OR Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm

+ Long-term contract with potential to convert to direct hire .

+ Pay $30/hr+ DOE
