As a Lead Advanced Field Service Fire Tech here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service engineers, providing technical guidance and support in fire protection systems. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

In this role, you will impact the safety and compliance of our customers' facilities by ensuring that fire protection systems are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards, ultimately enhancing the safety of their operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead a team of field service engineers, providing technical guidance and support in fire protection systems.

+ Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to meet customer demands and service level agreements.

+ Provide technical expertise and support for complex fire protection issues, both remotely and on-site.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ NICET 2 required,

+ Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on fire protection systems.

+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire safety technologies.

+ Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

**WE VALUE**

+ NICET 3.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

+ Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
