As a Treasury Operations Manager for the APAC region (Asia-Pacific), you will play a critical role in managing treasury operations and financial activities. You will be accountable for overseeing cash management, liquidity, risk management, and banking relationships in the APAC region. Your expertise in treasury operations and financial management will contribute to the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our financial operations by ensuring the smooth execution of treasury activities and the optimization of cash flow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and banking partners, to facilitate business growth and mitigate financial risks in the APAC region.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management in the APAC region.
+ Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient banking operations.
+ Monitor and analyze cash flow and liquidity positions.
+ Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
+ Facilitate business growth by providing financial insights and guidance.
+ Mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

**You Must Have**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations or a related role.
+ Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, and risk management.
+ Experience in managing banking relationships and treasury systems.
+ Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
+ Proficiency in treasury management software and tools.
