As a Regional guide AMER - TRE (Treasury), you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the Treasury function for the Americas region. You will be accountable for overseeing cash management, liquidity, risk management, and financial planning for the region.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's financial success by ensuring efficient cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to facilitate business growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Guide and manage the Treasury function for the Americas region

+ Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities

+ Develop and implement financial planning strategies to facilitate business growth

+ Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making

+ Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders

+ Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and business unit

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury or a related field

+ Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management

+ Proven track record of managing Treasury operations in a regional or global capacity

+ Excellent thoughtful, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

**WE VALUE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

+ MBA or CFA preferred

+ Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions

+ Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

+ Experience in managing Treasury activities in a global organization

+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Treasury operations
