**In this role, you will:**

+ Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs

+ Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide

+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

+ Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines

+ Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships

+ Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide

+ Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

+ Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics

+ Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Merchant Service specific experience

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience in electronic payments or payment card industry or merchant acquiring.

+ 5+ years of financial services.

+ 5+ years of Fraud, PCI and Data Security experience.

+ Chargeback/Dispute Management experience a plus.

+ Demonstrated experience with complex products that require understanding of underlying platform functionality, transaction processing flows, data transmission technology, and/or business services/API/SDK technology.

+ Demonstrated product delivery experience commercializing new business opportunities from concept to reality, with an emphasis on innovation and simplified customer experience.

+ Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners.

+ Experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions

+ Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels

+ Exceptional problem solvingabilities

+ Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results

**Job Expectations:**

+ This role will be primarily responsible for fraud, security, and PCI compliance solutions.

+ Ability to identify opportunities, conduct detailed analysis, develop business cases, and present recommendations to various audiences in a way that is easy to understand in order to obtain consensus, set priorities, and secure resources.

+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

This position will be working on a hybrid schedule and candidate must live with a commutable distance from one of the locations listed.

Minimal travel aligned to the role.
