As an Intern (Bachelor's) - Contracts here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in contract management and procurement processes. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with our contracts team, assisting in the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting various contract administration tasks.
In this role, you will impact numerous aspects of our contracts management process, including assisting in the preparation and analysis of contracts, maintaining contract records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth execution of our contracts and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
+ Assist in drafting and editing contracts, including terms and conditions, statements of work, and amendments
+ Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and provide recommendations to the legal team
+ Assist in maintaining contract databases and tracking key contract milestones
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution
