**Job Title: Electrician (3+ years)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced electrician to manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems for large commercial or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will perform complex troubleshooting, resolve electrical issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects.
+ Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.
+ Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.
+ Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability.
+ Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk.
+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electrical systems, including bending conduit and low voltage.
+ Ability to perform terminations and read blueprints and schematics.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience in electrical installation and repair.

**Work Environment**
Work in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona, equipped with electric charging stations. The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders. Use of Personal Protection Equipment is mandatory, and good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
