We-re seeking a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting people to join our Human Resources team.
As an HR Generalist (or Senior HR Generalist, depending on experience), you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and managers across a broad range of HR functions. From administering payroll and supporting our HRIS to advising managers on employee relations and maintaining compliance with employment law, this position is central to the success of our HR department and bank-wide operations.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
+ Advise managers on employee relations and HR policies.
+ Process payroll on a rotating schedule and assist with related adjustments.
+ Administer workers- compensation, OSHA reporting, and compliance filings.
+ Manage HRIS data, generate reports, and support performance management processes.
+ Conduct exit and stay interviews, track and report on HR metrics.
+ Oversee HR vendor billing and coordinate background and credit checks.
+ Support onboarding, terminations, and employee changes.
+ Serve as a contact for HR inquiries and shared inbox.
+ Assist with handbook updates, affirmative action planning, and policy interpretation.
+ Coordinate employee recognition (gifts, milestones, SharePoint updates).
+ Contribute to HR projects and provide backup support across the team.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor-s degree is strongly preferred. Two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
+ (Senior level HR Generalist) bachelor-s degree is strongly preferred. Six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and more progressively complex experience is required.
+ SHRM-CP preferred but not required.
+ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
