**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a **Senior Engineering Program Manager** to lead capital project planning and execution at a dynamic industrial facility. This is a fully onsite, day-shift role where you’ll play a key part in shaping operational efficiency and long-term site strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvement initiatives

+ Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs

+ Support integration of new product lines and facility moves for upcoming contracts

+ Develop detailed scopes, timelines, and resource plans for projects

+ Conduct equipment pricing and vendor sourcing based on technical requirements

+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery

+ Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

+ Present project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership

+ Contribute to continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

+ 3+ years of experience managing capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments

+ Strong understanding of capital project planning, budgeting, and execution

+ Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation

**Preferred Skills**

+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

+ Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control

+ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
