**Job Title: Assembler**

**Job Description**

As an assembler, you will be responsible for executing complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. You will read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components. Additionally, you will perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications for assembly.

+ Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly issues.

+ Coach and train lower-level assemblers on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

+ Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.

+ Review and recommend improvements to assembly processes for increased efficiency.

+ Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve design or manufacturing issues.

+ Perform final quality inspections and testing to meet company standards.

+ Maintain inventory of parts and materials for assembly.

+ Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment.

+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and suggest continuous improvement ideas.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in assembly and mechanical assembly.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and ability to use schematics effectively.

+ Bilingual in Spanish.

+ Experience working on an assembly line.

+ Proficiency with power tools.

+ General production knowledge.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ At least 3–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, with leadership experience.

+ Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents.

+ Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

+ Strong knowledge of quality control processes.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

**Work Environment**

The work environment involves physical activity such as lifting or moving up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as required, and climbing portable ladders. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment and demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
