In the Corporate Autonomous Operations function, we are looking for an ambitious and analytical Autonomous Operations Planner. This role will have a broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate knowledge & leadership skills, playing an instrumental role in the future success of the company.

As an Autonomous Operations Planner, you will partner with Integrated Supply Chain leaders across the enterprise to support the design, development and deployment of autonomous operations solutions, leveraging enterprise capabilities and tools. These include Kinaxis Maestro, Snowflake, and data analytics tools (PowerBI, SQL, Python, etc.) The successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into deliverables with impactful results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the advancement of Autonomous Operations by designing, developing, deploying, and supporting autonomous processes.

• Support Integrated Supply Chain leadership with value-added analysis for current and potential autonomous processes

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance using enterprise tools (SQL, Python, Kinaxis, PowerBI) to drive identify and value stream map (VSM) opportunities.

• Support automation of metrics and KPI reporting

• Manage individual assigned projects to on-time completion

• Create presentations and visualizations to communicate project status and results

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Economy, Business or related

• 0-2 years’ relevant experience

• English Proficiency (90% level)

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data science techniques

• Experience with PowerBI (and/or Tableau)

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, Index/Match)

• Proficient in SQL and Python

• Strong problem-solving mindset using creative, innovative solutions

WE VALUE

• Relevant internship or co-op experience

• Advanced degrees or certificates in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, and/or Analytics

• Experience with supply chain advanced planning systems (Rapid Response, Blue Yonder, O9)

• Working knowledge and expertise using SAP

• Experience in an Integrated Supply Chain process area (Demand, Supply, Production, Materials Management, Sourcing)

• Experience creating/implementing ML/AI tools (Pytorch, XGBoost, etc.)

• Ability to work effectively in teams that include members in various geographic locations/time zones

• Supply Chain and Analytics certifications
