Key Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers

+ Provide advanced technical support and expertise for IA solutions

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for successful solution implementation

+ Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

+ Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions

+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

+ Experience in project management and execution

+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
