As a **Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist** here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be on a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization. You will report directly to our Electrical Category Manager, and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/week after 3 months of in office work). In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance

• Be a part of a team of sourcing professionals, providing market insight, coaching, and development opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance

+ Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them

+ Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

+ Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• 6+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
