+ Lead and oversee the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) within the organization

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of HOS Specialists

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities

+ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

+ 5+ years of experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives

+ Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

+ Desired experience in proven leadership of direct reports

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for continuous improvement and driving change
