_You will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy. Your role will involve leading initiatives to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and ensuring our sales team operates at its peak performance._

**_Key Responsibilities_**
+ _Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement_
+ _Support the sales team in creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipelines_
+ _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency_
+ _Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics_
+ _Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools and systems_
**_YOU MUST HAVE_**
+ _2+ years of transferrable experience_
+ _English Advanced_
+ _SAP overall knowledge_
+ _Excel and other MS Office tools proficiency_
+ _Effeective communication skills_
+ _Proven experience in sales operations roles_
+ _Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools_
+ _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills_
+ _Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams_
+ _Strong leadership and motivational skills_
