As a key contributor within the ESS Transformation team, the Exp CX Prog Mgt Professional supports initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience through process improvement, standardization, and digital enablement. This role focuses on executing defined project workstreams, collaborating across functions, and supporting the deployment of global processes and tools.

**Program Execution & Support**

+ Contribute to the execution of transformation programs by managing assigned tasks and deliverables

+ Assist in developing project documentation, timelines, and status updates

+ Support the implementation of global processes, work instructions, and automation initiatives

**Stakeholder Engagement**

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CX, ISC, IT, and commercial teams to gather inputs and align on deliverables

+ Maintain clear and timely communication with project leads and team members

**Data & Reporting**

+ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones

+ Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews

**Process Optimization**

+ Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements

+ Support pilots and testing of new tools or processes before full deployment

**Change Enablement**

+ Help coordinate change management activities including training, documentation, and feedback collection

+ Act as a liaison between end users and project teams to ensure smooth adoption

**Governance & Compliance**

+ Ensure adherence to program governance standards and documentation protocols

+ Support audit readiness and quality assurance efforts

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree required

**Experience:**

+ 1–2 years of experience in a customer experience, operations, or transformation-related role

+ Exposure to Order Management, Master Data Management, IT/Analytics, or Supply Chain preferred

+ Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is a plus

**Skills:**

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Basic understanding of project management principles

+ Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud)

+ Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
