Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. This contract position requires a proactive individual who can ensure safe, functional, and compliant environments while driving efficiency and process improvements. Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring all sites remain functional and safe.
• Develop and execute capital plans, oversee renovations, and optimize the use of space across multiple locations.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, monitor service quality, and manage facilities budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Plan and oversee equipment maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility operations with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to facility performance and operational success.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in facilities management, with multi-site and regulated industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and lead capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems and technologies, including ERP solutions and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and leadership.
