Job Description:

+ The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor’s responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options.

+ This is done primarily through providing Medicare education, conducting needs analysis, and assisting the retirees in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs.

***PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING***

Hours:

• Training Hours: 8am-4:30pm CST

• Shift Hours (+ potential for OT): Hours of Operation range from 7am-10pm CST Monday through Friday + Requests for OT during weekends

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
