**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled **Junior Graphic Designer** with over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly focused on **corporate production work** . The ideal candidate will be proficient in **PowerPoint, InDesign** , and the full **Adobe Creative Suite** , and will bring a solid understanding of how to visually communicate complex information in a corporate environment.

As part of our **Corporate Communications and Marketing team** , you will support a variety of internal and external initiatives by producing compelling visuals that align with our brand across digital, print, and presentation formats. You will play a key role in designing high-quality marketing collateral, business development materials, internal training visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and branded documents for our growing portfolio of operating companies nationwide.

The role requires strong production design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. English/Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve occasional translation and culturally adapted content. A strong portfolio demonstrating production design work is required for consideration.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Design and format visually engaging materials using PowerPoint, InDesign, and other Adobe tools for internal communications, proposals, presentations, training materials, and more.

+ Collaborate with marketing, business development, HR, and other teams to ensure consistent branding across all deliverables.

+ Support content creation for internal platforms such as the intranet, as well as external channels like social media and websites.

+ Maintain brand consistency while adapting to specific project needs and audiences.

+ Organize and manage marketing assets in a central digital library.

+ Assist with content updates for intranet and web, including graphics and layout support.

+ Balance multiple priorities, work efficiently under deadlines, and maintain high standards for design accuracy and quality.

**Key Requirements, Education, Experience:**

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with emphasis on production design in a corporate setting.

+ High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

+ Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital media, including slide decks, training guides, flyers, infographics, and social content.

+ Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling abilities.

+ Experience working within brand guidelines and evolving brand systems.

+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels.

+ Spanish-speaking and/or translation skills highly preferred.

+ Portfolio submission is required to be considered for this role.

+ Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.

+ Experience in industrial, environmental, or construction industries a plus.

This position offers a **_hybrid work schedule;_** with most of the week spent in our Tempe, AZ office for collaboration, allowing for remote flexibility on some days.
