Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Showroom/Builder division team! This role will build the best customer and partner experience by delivering technology toolset packages and data to analyze through the entire sales process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Communicate technology toolbox and value creation for customer.
+ Develop a technology roadmap with both existing tools and emerging technology in mind.
+ Build and develop a working relationship with the customer experience team to be used as needed.
+ Identify and define analytics to help drive business decisions.
+ Conduct high-level communication with District Managers, General Managers, Specialty Managers, National Quotations Managers, DOM Project Management, etc.
+ Develop objectives, policies, and procedures for sales operations.
+ Make moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products to improve performance of job area using IT.
+ Consult managers of sales operations associates around activities concerning hiring, training/development, and evaluation of staff performance.
+ Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team.
+ Conduct regular associate meetings.
+ Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
+ Optimally collaborates with business group leadership to determine where the business needs support and addresses any issues that arise in the field.
+ Develop consistencies with effective technology use throughout all division log-ons.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of Ferguson experience. Understanding of basic current technology within the Showroom/Builder division.
+ Product and systems knowledge and expertise required for Trilogie, Dispatch Track, Sales Force.
+ Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as the need arises
+ Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.
+ Successful demonstration throughout career of technical and analytical abilities
+ Experience working in a national, regional, or within a large log-on (i.e. 100 Mil+)
