**I. Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models tailored to business needs. This role serves as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI-driven solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
**II. Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
**Machine Learning Development**
+ Design and Develop ML Models: Build scalable and efficient machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
+ Model Training and Evaluation: Train, fine-tune, and validate models to ensure optimal performance and predictive accuracy.
+ Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and enhance model effectiveness.
**Collaboration & Integration**
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to integrate ML models into production environments and improve existing applications.
+ Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business owners, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
**Business Analysis & Strategy**
+ Strategic Visioning: Deliver top-level business and systems analysis aligned with organizational strategy.
+ Process Mapping: Define scope, objectives, and functional specifications through detailed business process analysis.
+ Testing & Deployment: Document requirements, develop test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and coordinate deployment activities.
**Documentation & Continuous Learning**
+ Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data workflows, model development, and deployment processes.
+ Stay Updated: Continuously monitor advancements in machine learning and AI to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
+ Understanding of data structures and data modeling
+ knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
+ Ability to write code in Python, Java and R
+ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
+ Excellent communication skills

**III. Supervisory Responsibilities**
Will coach and mentor less experienced analysts and act as team leader on more complicated systems projects.
**IV. Qualifications**
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Eight years of relevant work experience as a IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement). Four years working as an IT Manager/Project Manager may substitute for the minimum years of experience.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Technically advanced knowledge or in-depth skills in one or more of the following is required:
+ Systems development, implementation, upgrades and analyses
+ QA testing, business analysis methodologies, system design and related analysis
+ Project management methodologies
+ Training and communication skills

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $107,300 - $160,310. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
