**Position:** Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
**Location:** 2940 E Banner Gateway Drive, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234
**Incentives:** $10,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday
**Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

**Banner Physical Therapy** seeking a **full-time Hand Therapist-OTR** for our **outpatient orthopedic center** located in **Gilbert, AZ** . We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist.We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support. **Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
+ Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
+ Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
+ Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
**Qualifications**
+ Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required
+ Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedics is required
+ Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
+ Valid driver’s license
