**Banner Health** ,a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicianto join our outpatient clinic inWellington, Colorado. Located just 10 miles north of Fort Collins, Wellington offers small-town charm, open space, and a strong sense of communityperfect for providers seeking meaningful connections and lifestyle balance.

**Position Highlights:**

+ Full-timeoutpatient onlypractice MondayFriday schedule(no weekends)

+ 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours weekly

+ Limited shared call (phone consult only)

+ Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support

+ Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

**Qualifications:**

+ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

+ Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)

+ Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

**Banner Healths Total Compensation Package Includes:**

+ Salary range: $235,000$265,000(dependent on experience) plus incentives

+ $100K educational loan repayment

+ Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

+ Up to $18K resident stipend

+ Paid malpractice and CME days
