**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Under direct supervision the incumbent may be (depending on the daily assignment and vehicle) responsible for: The Transportation of seniors and mobility-impaired persons and/or the delivery of bulk food and/or the delivery of Home Delivered Meals to qualified customers courteously and efficiently in accordance with guidelines of PSA 2 Area Agency on Aging. The incumbent is responsible for keeping vehicles in a sanitary condition conducting daily inspections of vehicles and reporting any needed repairs to leadership. The position reports to the Manager of Operations.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Two (2) years driving experience required

+ High School Diploma or related work experience in lieu of diploma

+ Must have a valid California Driver’s License free of citations for moving violations for a period of three years prior to date of application

+ Must be familiar with areas of Shasta County, particularly Cottonwood, Anderson, Happy Valley, Redding, Shasta Lake, and/or the Intermountain area

+ Shall have knowledge of project vehicle operations and routine vehicle maintenance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ BLS Certification through an American Heart Association provider may be required

$24.00 - $25.30 /hour
